V. Randolph Brown
Vincent Randolph Brown is a co-founder and managing partner of Global Lead Management Consulting, contributing over twenty-five years of consulting experience in the areas of diversity and inclusion, team-building, leadership development, strategic planning and executive coaching. He also leads the organization’s marketing and sales initiative.
Mr. Brown is the co-author of several workbooks, including Diversity Councils that Work, and the creator of several team building and leadership simulations. He is currently co-authoring and publishing his first book entitled, The Phoenix Principles: Leveraging Inclusion to Transform Your Organization. He co-leads the development of new, innovative Global Lead products including Global Beads, WeConnect, and the AIRS Online Reciprocal Value Mentoring tool.
He serves Fortune 500 clients in a variety of sectors including: retail, financial services, telecommunications, media, and pharma/healthcare. Additional expertise includes diversity awareness training, recruiting/retention programs, and employee networks/affinity groups.
Prior to joining Global Lead, Mr. Brown served as a branch manager and human resources executive at Household International. A former licensed insurance and real estate agent, he also co-founded the first state-funded minority venture capital fund in Ohio.
Mr. Brown was lead consultant and interim director of the Ohio Commission on African American Males and also acted as the lead consultant to the Ohio Minority Business Development Division. He remains an active part of many community-based organizations, including the Urban League and the NAACP.
